About Dr. Pedersen
Dr. Charles E. Pedersen, MBA, Ed.D., is Professor Emeritus of Accounting and former Dean of Business at Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester, MA.
Through his doctoral research in accounting education, Dr. Pedersen developed a unique big-picture method for learning accounting basics. He has perfected this method in the hundreds of basic college accounting courses he has taught as well as his workshops for business and industry. He authored the Dude! Where’s My Profit? course for entrepreneurs, which has the big picture method at its core. It results in easy, enjoyable and permanent learning and is designed for the way people learn best. His method has been proven both in the classroom and the business world.
In addition to his thirty years as a college professor and administrator, he manages a trust portfolio of diverse security and real estate investments. He is the founder and CEO of Pedersen Educational Associates, LLC., an educational consulting firm, and a frequent presenter at professional symposia.
